of course, he can also access it herehave his t-shirt printed.
In our house we use transflex printing, flocking, sublimation printing and direct digital printing.
Ourpreferred materials, however, are various flex foils and flock materials.
The prices depend onNumber of colors and the printing process used to print the textile.
flex printing:
SFonts, own designs, emblems, club signs, sportswear, letters, company logos. The selection of articles to be printed is almost unlimited. Caps, lanyards, shirts and much more can be customized quickly and effectively. Plain-colored foils are cut out according to the print motif and permanently applied to the textile using a transfer press. Under the influence of heat and pressure, the film fuses with its substrate and is thus transferred. Typical examples of flex printing are logos and lettering.
Advantages of flex printing:
rich colors | high opacity | sharp contours | small edition possible | high wash resistance (washable up to 60 degrees)
flock printing:
Flock printing is also one of the transfer printing processes and is equivalent to flex printing. The difference between the two types of printing becomes clear in the result: the surface of the flock print is characterized by a velvety feel with a noble appearance. Viscose fibers scattered in an electromagnetic field result in the characteristic fluffy surface after the print has hardened. Especially children's and baby clothing is often provided with the soft prints.
Advantages of flock printing:
rich colors | high opacity | raised print | fluffy, velvety feel | high wash resistance (washable up to 60 degrees)
Dhe sublimation printing is a printing process to print textiles and sublimation-capable articles in photo quality without loss. The transfer of a motif to the textile, cups, floor mats and many other items is carried out using great heat and high pressure. Subli printing delivers an optimal result for white or light-colored textiles. To ensure long-term durability, we only print on special items that are suitable for sublimation printing and consist mainly of polyester blended fabrics. During the sublimation process, the special ink is evaporated into the polyester fiber or surface. This makes it extremely resistant to influences such as heat or UV radiation. The surfaces of the printing materials remain completely unchanged.
